My 2018 Softail Slim went in for 30,000 km service. My appointment was for 7 am but didn’t get in until 7:40, largely due to staff just arriving. While my bike was being serviced a technician provided regular updates about any issues and how much longer it would be. The staff were wonderful from the ladies on the desk to the fellow that washed my bike. No hesitation on returning for service
