It was all well at the point of sale, very respectful and helpful. They did the 5000 miles service, etc. My friend brought it home for me and then the bike sat in my garage till I passed my bike tests. I noticed an oil leak so thought a change of oil and filter will fix that. As soon as the spanner touched the bolt of the oil tank, it fell in the pan. It was all fully threaded so couldn't be placed back.I waited 2 weeks for them to pick it up, 5 days to tell me that they're not paying for it cause I had touched it. It's still in warranty till October. 400 quid I need to pay for their mockery. I bought everything from them, thousands of pounds, never finance and always paid in full on the spot. I've wanted a Harley for so long. My first Harley and this was my experience. So disappointed, I am in genuine tears. Such a poor experience... I am having to make the decision of selling all the Harley I've got, to look at other brands.
