I regret to say that this has been one of my most disappointing experiences. The mentoring service was misleading, and the support offered did not match what was initially promised. There have been no available dates for mentoring sessions for months, making it impossible to receive the support that was assured. This unavailability has caused considerable frustration and disappointment. I wish my experience had lived up to the expectations set, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously for future enhancements.
