A package arrived today with three jackets. Unfortunately, none fit well enough for me to keep. I can't find any instructions on how to get a refund. They keep suggesting I keep the jackets while offering a 20% refund on the purchase price. Their refund policy clearly states that a full refund is only issued after the items are returned safely. If anyone has any tips on how to receive a refund, I would greatly appreciate it. This experience has been quite disappointing.
