This is my first experience with Harper Collins and I can only judge based on this purchase. I bought the deluxe editions of The Lord of the Rings and The Silmarillion, but, despite the high price, both books arrived with many quality issues. Harper Collins have recognized that some of the problems I found are present in the most of the books printed. However, the only thing I got after emailing them for a week, was the link to buy both books again. It has to be a big business, if the customer has to buy such an expensive book twice or more to get a decent copy.
