Avoid buying from this company at all costs. I ordered boots through social media, and when they arrived, they were nothing like the images. They felt like a poorly made imitation. I reached out to them for a return, and they asked for photos of the unworn items, which I provided. Instead of processing my return, they offered me an alternative item, which I declined in favor of a refund. Their response was an apology and a couple of options that weren't satisfactory. I feel cheated, and I urge others to report them and share their experiences. It's incredibly distressing.
