Extremely frustrating! I made a deposit using a credit card because I was initially skeptical about the platform. Then I was informed that to withdraw my winnings, I needed to provide proof of the deposit with the IBAN number visible. This means I'd have to wait a month for a statement, and to make matters worse, the credit card doesn't even have an IBAN number. It's completely unacceptable and absurd that they can take money from users and then effectively refuse to verify.
