Extremely Slow Withdrawal Process

The process has been incredibly slow. I submitted all required IDs and after nearly 24 hours, my withdrawal is still pending. It feels like they want me to cancel and forfeit my funds. They claim there's still a review on my withdrawal. They are quick to take your money, but it seems they delay payouts. I probably won't use this service again. Updated: It's been 24 hours and my withdrawal was rejected. They're asking for an IBAN number linked to my deposit, which is impossible. This feels like a scam, and I advise staying away. Update: They refuse to pay me, demanding a deposit transaction that shows an IBAN, but being from the UK, my transactions don’t display IBANs. I've sent 12 documents and feel scammed. £1200 is currently stuck.
