I have to say, I have a small complaint about the representative... they recommended a mattress so comfortable that I never want to leave it! 😅 I approached them with back pain and posture concerns, and they directed me to the Firm Hybrid Pro. It’s only been two weeks, but the improvement is incredible. My posture has enhanced, and I’m actually eager to go to bed early again.
