My Medium/Firm (firmer) mattress arrived today. The representative was incredibly helpful in guiding me to choose this mattress, sending videos and voice messages explaining the benefits compared to one I had tried elsewhere. Once I made my decision, they provided a delivery date, which was adhered to perfectly. The courier informed me of a 3-hour delivery window and called an hour before arrival, which was right within the timeframe they provided. I live in Scotland, so distance wasn’t an issue. My only concern was whether to choose Medium or Medium/Firm. Based on my weight and being a side sleeper, I was advised to go with the firmer option, which should soften and settle in about a month. If I’m not satisfied after that, they offered to change it. I’ll update in a month for those interested.
