Instead of having my mom walk downstairs to see the carpeting, Cyndy kindly brought samples up from the lower level.Mom quickly selected a sample, and Cyndy said she would send someone to measure Mom's flooring. That went off without a hitch, and 5 days after we set foot into the store, a friendly, professional 2-man crew completed the carpet installation in less than 3 hours.
