I said to him did you hit on purpose from Phoenix, AZ, the police officer did not cited Zacker Coleman failure to control speed according to the police incident report. However, I must clarify that my insurance company The Hartford and his insurance company Progressive said I was at fault for the accident, as I was making a right turn at the time of the collision. Both insurance company said we don't need a incident report to make our decision.The Hartford claim department is base out of Phoenix AZ. After reviewing the details of the incident and the subsequent claim process, I realized that my initial statements may have inadvertently misrepresented the circumstances surrounding the accident. I had to get the incident report changed that I did not say I was dealing with visions issues . With the College Station Police department. With understand the importance of honesty and transparency in insurance matters, and I want to ensure that all information related to this claim is accurate and truthful.I appreciate the efforts made by Mrs Forster I'm Claims The Hartford in processing my claim and reversing it at no fault. However, Progressive did not see it that way . I am waiting for a reply from Michael Rodriguez in claim with Progressive on his outcome on his review.I feel it is my responsibility to disclose this information to prevent any potential issues related to the integrity of the claim.
