This has been the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPRODUCTIVE, UNPROMPT customer service I've ever experienced. First I received a broken battery in a product I spent hundreds of dollars for. Then when I contact you, I am informed there is a back log but you will send me a battery when one becomes available. I wait, with not a single word from HART about a replacement being shipped. Then I ask about it again after a very long time hoping that maybe I had been forgotten about, buried under other service logs. Only to be told that YOUR records indicate I had one delivered. Well my personal inventory still has a broken battery that was never replaced with a functional one because I was never delivered a functional one. Not via a carrier service and certainly not by a HART representative either. Perhaps you did send one and it was sent to the wrong address or somehow never made it here, I don't know. The tools I have from you work well, but after this experience I am not intending on giving the company anymore money and I am going to warn everyone from using this brand as it is incredibly UNRELIABLE and the staff are less responsive than a coma patient.
