I recently bought a 20V multi-tool. While testing the battery, I found the speed/power selector was set to zero, which prevented the motor from engaging. When set to speed 1, it produced a pitch that didn't match the song I wanted to play. I suggest retooling the speed settings for future users. Happy holidays!
