The customer service is quite poor. I've been trying to replace a battery for my riding lawnmower for about four months, but the website is unresponsive and the call center never picks up. It seems the company doesn't consider that customers have jobs. Parts availability is also an issue, as it seems like the product is often out of production. Disappointing service from a company known for quality tools.
