Bought multiple sets of random figures. One came broken. Asked for a replacement or a refund for just that one. They said no (: it's a random figure so I can't just buy a replacement myself and even if I could they refused to compensate for the broken item. The shipping also took like 6 months, (2 months after the item was already in stock) (: horrible customer service. They ask you to return the whole set if you want a refund and you have to pay the $40 shipping cost to get your $80 refund. Joke of a company.
