I chose DHL shipping for my pre-orders. When my order was finally shipped a week ago, they shipped it through FedEx instead, which is not only the carrier I didn’t choose, but it’s the last carrier I’d choose. I requested a refund for shipping, and I didn’t get a reply for two days; the reply said they refunded me for the difference in shipping. My items have not arrived yet, but I do not want a refund for the difference in shipping—I want a total refund for shipping. If I wanted to ship through FedEx, I would have chosen them. I want my $52 back or for the parcel to be returned to them, but they won’t respond to my support emails anymore. This is absolutely ridiculous.
