I strongly advise against shopping here. I bought a faux fur coat that became faulty. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact them, I was told to return it in person or pay for insured shipping. I chose to ship it, but it never arrived, and now I’ve had no communication. The customer service is appalling, and I will not shop here again. My struggle to recover £250 continues.
