I’m giving them 5 Stars! Unbelievable service I’m so happy with them! Firstly, I’ve been stressing for days because I’ve ran out of foundation and have no idea what shade suits me best and with the situation we’re all in at the moment (COVID-19) every where is closed... So I went online and had a look and thought I’ll give the chat a go... the response was so rapid and very friendly, so professional too! He not only recommend me one foundation what’s similar to the one I normally use, he gave me 4 recommendations and the shades to go with them too. His name was Vic, thankyou so much Vic your a life saver.And then I had a gift card to use up (only has £20 on it) but because I’m not working atm and not getting my full wage I thought this would be so useful to use but came to the check out to see that you couldn’t enter any gift card numbers in so again went onto the chat and asked what the situation was and this one guy told me to email customer service and see what they can do... Again I got a very fast reply with a lot of helpful information and again really professional, and they are working on been able to use gift vouchers online which is amazing but not only that but to say they can accept my gift card once I email the voucher number and they are refunding the money into my account. Thank you so much for all your help! Really pleased can’t wait to go back when all the shops re open 🙌🙏
