I had a Personal Shopper yesterday at Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh and it was awful. The outfits she chose unfortunately were not my taste, she then said have you looked on the next floor up? I said no I didn’t know there were more dresses upstairs. Have a look she said and if you need me come and find me here, on the second floor, my two hour appointment with her lasted barely 10 minutes 😡 she couldn’t have cared less, as helpful as a chocolate teapot! Went to John Lewis and had a charming, helpful lady and got exactly what I was looking for. I suggest you look into this and train this person or get rid. Pretentious store, live on their name, won’t be back. Didn’t even offer me anything to drink, I was told there would be Prosecco, huh, too much for HN, John Lewis offers everything 🥂
