Nikki came highly recommended to me, and she did not disappoint. I explained that the seller was very poorly, and needed us to push the sale through as quickly as possible. Nikki responded to every phone call and every email extremely promptly, I cannot fault her. Whilst I do not advocate this will happen with every transaction, the whole sale was able to be expedited in 5 weeks. Having had an awful experience with a large firm two years ago, I can’t help but think that if they were at the helm, we would never have stood a chance. Nikki is in another league and I’d recommend her all day long.
