Initially had an issue where they told me the intro they made me would be 4k, but they delivered it in 1080p. I was initially told the intro I had chosen didnt come in 4k, I asked why I wasnt told that upfront then. They then went and made the intro in 4k for me. This is the only reason they arent 5 stars for me. Otherwise they did fantastic work.
