I've reached out to the support team twice without any response. To make matters worse, it states that communication can happen through live chat, but that's not true. I felt ignored on two occasions. Honestly, I think this is just another website that seeks to deceive users, so I strongly advise others to think twice before signing up. If it were possible, I would rate them a -5, but since I can't, they only get one star.
