The delivery from this company is HORRIBLE!
On March 21st 2026 I purchased a hoodie a week before for my son's birthday, 15 days later, I'm still waiting!! I had to email them 3 times before I got a tracking number (still pending in CA). The website states shipping within 7 to 10 days and if not received after the 10th day to contact customer service, NOT shipped after 7 to 10 days. If I had known that, I would not have ordered. The phone number on the website doesn't work. You can tell the responses from the emails are scripted and they're no help!! I will NOT order from this company again, nor will I recommend to anyone, but maybe your experience will be better than mine.
