Poor customer service today long term customer having over 6 vehicles with them I sold my car already bought and insured my new vehicle with Hastings was charge £50 to cancel my old policy I ask was there any good will on that fee for a long term customer was told not you bought from go compair just paid over £1000 for my sons insurance with Hastings yet absolutely no customer satisfaction so as a result I asked them not to auto renew any of my vehicles for there renews sometimes a company needs to realise you have to look after your existing customers i'll go back to shopping round as they have never been the cheapest
