There services are very unprofessional and seriously poor. They promised big commitments and huge communication gaps in their services. I bought kitchen cabinets recently (June 2024); and they charged highest amount but their measurements and finishing were worst.Before purchasing, they were very much committed but after taking money, their way of work processed was very very disappointing. I was so frustrated but I have no choice but to accept. Every their higher authority never care about to take action against their worst services. Teams are very very very unskilled. Although I decided to buy more products from them in future, but I am now looking for better quality and product in some where else as I am very very upset and frustrated about their recent services. Very sorry to say that, in Bangladesh, we have no option for accountability system. Corruptions are everywhere. So that, they just do whatever they like. That’s a very ridiculous and unacceptable. Management team should take proper action against them, as the employees of Hatil are getting paid for their jobs and damaging the good reputation of Hatil in front of customers every day in many ways. I wish and hope in future, the owner of Hatil should value the customer’s money for their own interests and their sustainability in furniture business should matter; as I really really like and love the Hatil designs. I will definitely appreciate him if he looks into the problems in future and fix it with care. By looking after customers feedback positively in future, he could build up their brand values in business fields. Good luck. Thank you.
