Village Hats which appears to be part of Hats and Caps has a dreadful returns service. Bought a hat for €17.96 with €5.95 for postage. Tried to return the same hat for a bigger size and they quoted me €12.65 to send it! Customer service simply referred me to their Returns policy which basically says that the postage costs are on me. This seems crazy given that the return postage costs are more than double the original postage costs for the same item.
