I should not have to wait for the refund as it isn't my fault or my problem that the hat went missing so I should not have to wait for RM decision. I was willing to except a replacement straight away but as time as gone on you seem to think that the outcome is dependent on RM communication with you to where the hat as gone.As I said that ISN'T MY PROBLEM that's for you and RM to sort out.SO TO BE CLEAR I DON'T NOW WANT A REPLACEMENT AS ANY GOOD WILL I HAD YOU HAVE DISTROYED. SO Want a REFUND.
