I ordered a cap that I was told was next day delivery then after chasing this up was told it wouldn't be on the time agreed, order was then cancelled without my request and after asking if this would be refunded into my account today was told it would be by the supposed customer service manager only for her to hang up on me. When I phoned back she says it'll now take 3 to 5 working days. She also mentioned that it was only a £12 cap as if I shouldn't be bothered. This is not including the delivery that I forked out to get it next day.
