Bought a Tilley hat. After less than 4 mont the fabric on the brim loosened from the inside seam. (I have a similar hat for 4 years with no problems). Hatsandcaps/Willagehats repeatedly refused my warranty claim due to the hat being more than 3 month. I explained that I am entitled to a repair og new hat according the British legislation.But they still refused to honor any warranty.
