I've been a customer for many years (villagehats is an alternative name/web address) and unfortunately, it seems recent economic changes have affected the company and their attitude. On 2 occasions now I've ordered replacements for lost hats. The last occasion unfortunately appears to be the norm, now. I checked back on my orders and bought the exact same titles cap. Up from £17 to £23. When it arrives, it is of clearly poorer quality.With the first instance, I had the same reply about being a small company. They'll end up much smaller with no customers.
