I bought the Jaxon and James Oilcloth hat from this company. It was listed in the “Rainhats” part of the website. I was very happy at first, it is a great looking hat and the fact that it was a rain hat made it perfect for my goal to have a hat for all seasons. Sadly after a few rain exposures the hat started to wrinkle at the front and the rim started feeling softer at that area than the rest. After turning to the customer service they told me the hat is not waterproof but just water repellent. This info is not provided on their website however and this hat can be found under “rain hats” as stated earlier. That gave me the (false) impression this hat was made and suitable for this purpose. The seller told me they give no guarantee on their product cause they are just a small company. Never again and be warned if you are looking for quality, good information and service.
