I ordered a beret as a surprise gift for my daughter. As I live abroad, I was concerned that she received it safely. I contacted the company as I suspected that the delivery was late, however my daughter received her package that day. I had a very polite response from customer services, even though I suspect I was a little quick off the mark! The beret is apparently very good quality and my daughter loves it. I hope to see her wearing it soon . . .
