Gaspard the Superstar!I had a stressful situation re InPost sending the wrong parcels across the country - Village Hats received a huge package not meant for them but of high value to me. Despite this really not being their problem, Gaspard massively helped me out getting it sent back to the intended retailer. So appreciated and great to get clear prompt email responses vs getting stuck in a 'bot' loop!Oh and the hats that I did buy were great also :) Thanks again Gaspard!
