I wanted a specific hat and it was the color and I wanted it unopened and in mint condition and without even asking. Gaspari sent me a photo of the photo he went above and beyond and out of his way and I live in America and they sent the hat all the way from Great Britain to America and it got here in about 3 days total and I just have to say it's exactly what I ordered Aunt.
