I bought a hat from Village Hats/hatsandcaps.co.uk and one detail (the hat band) was wrongly described on the website. I told the company this (providing appropriate photographic evidence) and they very quickly emailed me a returns label to use. I took the hat to the post office, scanned the receipt I was given, and within a couple of hours my PayPal account was credited with a refund.I think that's pretty good customer service and I certainly have no complaints. (It's only a 4 star review because the website description was wrong)
