I recently ordered and paid for a cap that was supposed to be Dark Blue. On delivery it turned out to be Black and several of my neighbours agreed. After returning it at my own expense for an exchange (they promised to refund the postage) I have now received an email to say that their Customer Service team considers the cap to be Dark Blue and I am therefore wrong! Maybe their "Customer Service team" is colour-blind? We'll now see if the send me a refund for the cap and return postage as promised... But who needs this kind of hassle?
