This company was harassing with offers and we was offered a sovereign coin on payment plan,way way over priced but given the price of gold today, what can you do. once this company recieved my payment and I had recieved my contract and receipt I recieved a telephone call saying how they would prefer to keep the coin until I paid the full amount 9 months later. The following day I rang up to arrange a refund for my money which I was informed I would recieve the same day, 24hrs latest. 24 hours later I have not recieved my money and I am now told I will have to wait 5 days for my money. I'm told this will be escalated and I have put a complaint it however it felt like I was amusing the staff and still no refund, I have been fed lie after lie from this company who has no integrity what so ever. It feels like hattons is just another back street con artist trying to steal my money. If you want an easy transaction and very little headache I would recommend using another company. Never again for me.
