The only negative and off putting part of the purchase was the follow up call i recieved shortly after placing my order. I really didnt appreciate getting a call from someone trying to upsell me more products. Its cringeworthy and not what you would expect from a so called reputable company. To be fair though once i said i wasnt interested the call ended shortly after. Other than that all else was perfect.
