I appreciated the regular updates about the posting of my purchase and that it came so quickly. I was also very pleased to see the certificate of authenticity as well as an information book of the eras spanning the Queen's life. I would have liked the parcel to have been signed for as the value, which is not the most expensive Hatton's has to offer, but still a high enough to not deem as ok to just put through a letter box unattended.
