This is the first time I have ordered from Hatton's of London after seeing a TV advert. It was very easy to use the website and order my coin which I thought was special being the very first of that kind. I had very good communication with all updates throughout the process. The very next day I had correspondence saying it would be delivered the next day! I was very excited. When it arrived it was well packaged and came with a nice thank you card which made it more special and there was also a free gift to accompany the coin which was greatly appreciated, thank you. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.
