We signed a contract and paid for transport of three motorcycles on September 16. The bikes were picked up on October 2 and finally delivered on November 6. We were originally told delivery would be on October 3, then October 4, then October 5, and finally October 6—but each date came and went with no updates or communication.I strongly recommend putting an AirTag in your saddlebag if you use this service. Our bikes sat less than 10 miles from our home for more than 36 hours, and we watched the transport truck pass our location door times while hauling other bikes elsewhere. Eventually, the truck had mechanical issues that caused further delays.We had the misfortune of dealing with Andrea, who may be organized but lacks basic customer service skills—communication was curt and unhelpful. On the other hand, Imonee was a bright spot in the process and genuinely helpful.
