Edit: My money was refunded, so I increased the score to a 3. I'm ordering food at Haustierkost.de for years. But my last order was just something else. My order did not even arrive and was damaged in transport. I contacted the support and they were so kind to send me an replacement. I mentioned my address to were to sent it to. A day later I look at the tracking and can see that the package is going to a different address. I contacted the support and they said I need to get the parcel at that location because some neighbour accepted a package for a person who's name isn't even on the door. That is not acceptable.I see the problem by the incompetent support and also by the carrier DPD, hence two stars and not one.Further, I have to say that the packaging of the product is leaking quite often and the quality varies.
