I have been using you for a while and have always been very happy but since I have moved house and my orders are now a lot bigger, I have not received my complete order. I seem to get one box on one day and then the other half of my order arrives the next day defrosted. Lately my orders have also been missing a kilo of food. If I experience any of these issues with my next order I will be taking my business elsewhere.
