I purchased a blouse that looked great in the photo, but when it arrived, the neck area looked almost unfinished. It didn’t resemble the picture at all. When I inquired about a defect, they claimed that was how it was supposed to look. They suggested ironing it to improve the appearance, but it didn’t help. I am very disappointed with my purchase and will not shop with them again.
