It’s been about 10 months now and I’m really pleased with Havenwise so far. Since it’s been set up to manage our air source heat pump the whole system just seems to smoothly. The house feels consistently warm and we don’t have to keep fiddling with settings trying to get it right.What’s impressed me most is the support. If I’ve had a question, the team have been quick to respond and really helpful. They clearly know heat pumps inside out and explain things in a way that actually makes sense.It’s taken a lot of the guesswork out of running the system and made everything far more straightforward.
