Not impressed . Booked a test drive on the phone with Hawkins Hyundai Blackwater 10 days ago. I turned up for the appointment after a 35 minute drive to get there and they had failed to put the appointment ( booked with Gavin) in their diary! The car is was there to drive was not working either ...the new Sante Fe....not a great advert for reliability of the car or professionalism from the staff. A waste of 90 minutes of my time and fuel!
