My experience with Hayat Private Legal Services has been extremely disappointing. I paid around £500+ between March and June 2025 for help removing a CIFAS marker, based on the timelines and assurances they gave me. Unfortunately, none of the timelines were met, and the level of service I received did not match what was promised.Communication was inconsistent, I was given repeated hopes of progress that never materialised, and I never received any clear evidence that meaningful work was carried out on my case. After months of waiting, there were no results and no updates that justified the money I paid.This has been a very stressful and costly experience for me. I would advise anyone considering using their services to be cautious and make sure you fully understand what they can realistically deliver before paying any fees.
