Good hay, bad service

I've had a subscription with haybox since June 2019, the actual quality of the hay is good even if the pricing is a little premium. I paid £30 for 10kg a month and it was useful to have it on subscription to turn up as I was running out.However, they use DPD local as their courier and they're awful. My boxes have come ripped up with holes all over the sides and bottom on a few occasions. It's not the end of the world but for a £30PM product I would expect better.I've just cancelled my subscription because my haybox was almost 2 weeks late, they're having delays but don't inform you until you go to check the website to see where your order is, and by this time you're already running low. I've not been able to change my pigs this week as I ran out and wasn't told. I've been in touch with customer service a few times and they're useless and really don't care that you've had problems, as long as they get your money.Timothyhay.co.uk is a better option, turns up fast and the hay is just as good
