I have ordered hay from Haybox a few times and the box has always arrived open. The quality of packaging is of really poor standard. My recent order has still not arrived having ordered it 5 days ago, despite the companies note on their website that all deliveries are upgraded to their express delivery for free! My rabbit loves this hay hence why I keep reordering it. As for the customer service..... I dont rate it!
